One of my favourite sandwiches of all time has to be the chicken sandwich. Not because it’s being featured here but because of the delicious taste it has and the good it does to my gut.
It also comes in handy when you don’t want to put any effort into cooking something and can still get you the nutrients you need in order to achieve your weigth loss or fitness goals.
All you need is some chicken strips, a few veggies, mayonaise and prefably whole wheat bread. Other types of bread can be used but if you are trying to achieve your beach body or look after your health in general, either brown or whole wehat will help you get there.
I always get this particular sandwich right everytime I make it, there is never a dull moment and you can never go wrong with a bit of peppers some where in the mix.
I’m sure the instagram fans will go crazy over this one because of presentation (I’m not so good at it but I try).
The taste is also great and all the flavours come together with this one, and once again.. I was convinced that I could be the next master chef contestant with such a simple recipe that I sort of thumb sucked.
In order for you to make more of these babies, you can just add more ingredients to cater for guests at party or even pack lunch for your little ones at school. It’s ideal for the bachelor or bachelorette who doesn’t know how to cook very well but still wants to get all the required nutritional value from a simple 10 min dish.
