Maintaining healthy eating habits can be very difficult at times, especially if you are trying to form a new habit or are trying to lose weight. You will be faced with many challenges and tempted to give in when that slice of cake or pizza is offered to you at the dinner table or at work or even when dining out with your friends and family.
