Peanut butter and banana sandwiches are quick and easy to make and can be eaten for lunch or even a light snack (if you are only making 1 slice). I woudn’t mind eating this powerful treat all day every day. It’s a very healthy treat and doesn’t cause any damage to my gut if the right portion sizes are taken.
